Citizens For Europe are civil society actors supporting themselves to create a participatory and democratic Europe

19 and 20th of October / CitizensforEurope.eu Workshop

The first expanded working meeting dedicated to developing the CitizensforEurope.eu initiative takes place in Paris on 19 and 20 October. Participants will decide how to develop the initiative over the next two-year period (see detailed agenda, attached).

The following participants are expected to attend in Paris: Carsten Berg (IRI Europe), Andreas Bock (N-Ost), Hervé Bribosia (CVCE.lu), Margaux Brousse (Notre Europe), Léonard Cato (G-1000), Nadège Chambon (Notre Europe), Alina Chisliac (CIDEM), Virgilio Dastoli (European Movement Italie / Spinelli group), Doru Frantescu (Votewatch.eu), Lucie Fremlova (Equality), , Iuliana Iliescu (Pro Democratia), Laura Kolland (Citizens For Europe e.V.), Elisabeth Lasky (ECAS), Olivier Paul Morandini (Europea Emergency number association), Ursula Serafin (Maison de l’Europe Paris), David Van Reybrouck (G-1000), Marie-Alix Verhoeven (European Parliament), Pierre-Jean Verrando (JEF / Spinelli Group), Nicolaas Vlaeminck (Medea), François Vlaminck (Europanova), Natasha Walker (Fondation Roi Baudouin), Christelle Werquin (Touteleurope.eu), Martin Wilhelm (Citizens For Europe e.V.).

They will be welcomed by the CitizensforEurope.eu team: Inga Wachsmann (Charles Léopold Mayer Foundation), Étienne Galliand (Double Ponctuation), Charles Kleinermann, Matilde Pinamonti et Laetitia Veriter (European Movement/AEP).

The event will be facilitated by Frauke Godat and Giulia Moulinengo (Art of Hosting). Matthieu Calame, Director of the Charles Léopold Mayer Foundation and Pierre Calame, the Foundation’s President, will also speak at the meeting.
