The Europäische Akademie Otzenhausen is an independent and officially recognised provider of extracurricular youth and adult education.

It works independently of political parties and religious creeds and addresses people of all civil society groups from 16 years on.

Founded as an “Eingetragener Verein” (registered association), it is today a “gemeinnützige Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung” (non-profit company with limited liability) according to German law.

– To conduct educational and research work in the fields of society and politics
– To promote European integration on a liberal and federative basis.
– To promote active citizenship: political participation of as many citizens as possible
