The European Network of People of African Descent (ENPAD) is a Black-lead network, with everyone active in the network being of African descent as well. Through our grassroots approach we are particularly aiming at Black communities to be more engaged in the liberation struggle of Black people in Europe – Our guiding principle being: “Nothing about Us, without Us”.

Objectives

ENPAD is an Europe-wide civil society platform with two main objectives: Fighting anti-Black racism and the political empowerment of Black people in Europe.

Main Activities

The European Network of People of African Descent (ENPAD) is a Pan-African umbrella organization for civil society organisations across Europe. Our focus is advocating for human dignity, equal rights and justice for Africans and people of African descent.

Founded in Berlin fall 2014 and registered in the UK, ENPAD is a prominent civil society advocate for Africans and people of African descent at the European Union, United Nations and internationally.
