garagErasmus Foundation was born on 4 October 2012, following the publishing of the book Generazione Erasmus (Erasmus Generation) in Italy.

We launched an online platform that matches the Erasmus Generation with jobs, allows individuals to start new projects and join existing ones, and publish events. We coordinate our activities with the European Commission and the other members of the Erasmus Students and Alumni Alliance (ESAA).

gE has local chapters throughout Europe and beyond, the gE4Cities, which organise local activities that follow the mission and guidelines established by the foundation.
