European Legal Research & Training Network is an organization founded to contribute to the professional integration of young professionals and early career lawyers from the Western Balkan countries.
By creating the right conditions for young professionals enhancement and improvement of their skills and qualities and by setting high moral and ethical values at the core of their attitudes and behaviors, we aim to make professionalism a standard instead of an exception for them and as a result place a cornerstone to the integration of the entire legal profession in the region.
Our mission is to contribute to their professional growth through professional behavior & skills, improvement & capacity building, legal understanding & interpretation research and training opportunities. At the same time, we create the necessary habitat for lawyers in the region to network and connect with one another on a national and regional level and build a bridge between young professionals from the entire Balkan region.
European Legal stands for professional growth, motivation and development and strongly supports the idea that the integration of the Western Balkan region cannot be complete without the regulation and improvement of the legal profession, where professionalism is at the core of our daily functioning as lawyers and where the lawyers no longer are just the ‘mouthpiece ‘of the law, but the creators, the producers and the main actors in it.
