JCI The Heart of Europe (JCI THOE) is a non-profit organization lead by its MAGic members and volunteers who are keen to overcome the current societal challenges through active involvement in local, national and international projects, events and various causes or initiatives.
Our mission is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change in the society.
We want to make a difference in the world! Our vision is not to only become a strong and highly recognized organization at all levels but to also inspire young professionals to act as leaders! We are living in a world in which the concept of leadership plays a crucial role like never before. That is why, JCI THOE is constantly encouraging its members and volunteers to take initiative and drive ambitious projects every year. Due to the extraordinary work we’ve done over the past years, JCI THOE was able to be recognized and awarded constantly at both national and international levels.
Our organization is driven by young people who are always looking for ways to improve their skills and finding opportunities of self-development especially in the professional field. We believe they could represent an important asset in any company or institution they want to pursue.
We organize yearly events of which the scope is to fight against unemployment in Europe.
We like to give students and young professionals opportunities to better understand their core competencies and skills suitable for the job they want to have. We support innovation, entrepreneurial mindsets and creativity.
