The mission of ICLA is to actively contribute to the social, human and leadership development of the entire Albanian society as well as the Western Balkans, so as to bring about positive change in political, economic and social growth and reforms, equally for all people in the region regardless of their cultural, social or economic differences.

Objectives
  • Build the leadership capacity of government and civil society institutions as well other stakeholders at local, national and regional level
  • Implement social and economic projects and disseminate best global practices to be replicated and translated into local policy recommendations
  • Monitor and assess progress in economic, social and human development at local and national levels for global comparison and understanding in order to generate successful change recommendations
  • Advocate, lobby and raise awareness to support Albania’s and Regional development on a worldwide basis.
  • Manage cultural, social, economic and political diversity in a way that allows all members of the society to grow and develop, and to personally participate in positive change initiatives.
