My Climate Diet is a podcast focused on practical, personal tips to live a more climate-friendly, sustainable lifestyle. It follows Dr. Lisa Pettibone, a sustainability researcher, teacher, and author, on personal challenges to cut the kilograms... of carbon dioxide!

Objectives

My Climate Diet hopes to make climate action more accessible and fun, by presenting information on key aspects of climate change and sustainability in a personal way. By focusing on her personal journey, Lisa hopes to engage others to take actions to reduction their carbon footprint and live more sustainably.

Main Activities
  • weekly challenges in which Lisa tries to reduce her climate impact in various ways (e.g., by eating local, making her own deodorant, or properly discarding e-waste)
  • reports on why these personal actions are important for the climate and the environment
  • interviews with experts on aspects of climate change and sustainability, and regular people with helpful climate tips
