PAMEA was established with the vision to bring together more than 15 years of high experience gathered by its members in developing and managing EU funded R&D projects, with solid capacity and skills in designing and delivering training and/or capacity building programs on successfully developing and managing projects under the EU programs.

Objectives

By enlarging participation also in Horizon projects, PAMEA will contribute to achieve strategic objectives:

– effectively strengthening innovation by co-creation
– expand its research, scientific and technical capabilities
– anticipate and respond more quickly to emerging industry guidelines
– increase its team member skills  by a wide range of specialized training in different fields
– actively participating to contribute and engage people on labor market

Main Activities

PAMEA is open to cooperation with all organizations – from leading corporations and government agencies to the newest societies, NGOs and SMEs – in order to find valuable solutions for solving real needs.

PAMEA actively participates in R&D projects, mostly aiming to support the development, management and coordination (by providing guidelines and best practices based on own experience), dissemination and exploitation activities of related projects.

PAMEA supports its partners to move from an upstream idea to the implementation of a competitive and unique project, through the identification of a suitable funding source and the development of a project proposal. The combination of extensive expertise and flexibility across different technological areas enables PAMEA to provide unique skills and competences to the consortia in which participates.

In addition, in collaboration with PAMEA, involved parties can learn various practical methods of innovation, bringing their organizations new ways of thinking and know-how transfer .

As mentioned even before, PAMEA team together more than 15 years of high experience gathered by its members in developing and managing EU funded R&D projects, with solid capacity and skills in designing and delivering training and/or capacity building programs on successfully developing and managing projects under the EU programs. Our team covers a wide field of competences, skills, knowledge and capabilities to provide qualitative services in management science, policy research, ICT, marketing and communication. Our team members bring together a unique mixture of technical, scientific and industrial qualifications, strong coordination and management skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent planning and time-management skills, extensive understanding of international partnerships, experience in proposal writing, in depth knowledge of EU funded programs and extensive expertise in the development and application of dissemination and exploitation plans for project’s results. The diverse and international backgrounds of our team combined with the opportunities and incentives offered by PAMEA to learn, develop and grow, both in establishing new job-specific hard skills, as well as softer skills creates an atmosphere of innovation that fosters the teamwork.

PAMEA’s competences include an international presence and organizational profile, a proven track record and in depth expertise in management and dissemination processes. The identification and application of the most effective methodological approach for the dissemination and exploitation of the innovative results from R&D projects is one of our most important objectives.
Last, but not least, PAMEA offers top quality services for organizing both professional performance and personal skills improvement by organizing and conducting a wide range of specialized training in different fields.
