Pro Bono Coaching in Management

The past two years have been challenging in many ways and have greatly impacted civil society organisations’ finances, mission, work development, internal functioning…

Individual conversations we had with members of the network concluded that many are confronted with management issues : How to effectively exercise leadership and maintain team cohesion and performance in a context of increasing uncertainties and generalized remote work ? How can I ensure that my organisation’s actions are still well aligned with its mission and objectives ? How to accomodate participatory practices with effective and embodied leadership ? How to better manage volunteers ?

To empower the community around these questions, we are happy to announce that we have partnered with Chapters.fr, a consultancy specialized in Management trainings and coaching, who will kindly offer to 3 CFEU members pro bono tailor-made coaching sessions to exchange on their management challenges and equip them with concrete and actionable solutions.

If you would like to benefit from this great opportunity, please answer this short questionnaire by the end of December.

Selected organisations will be notified by email beginning of January.
